Supervisor, HSE Project Monitoring (MO)

We are seeking a committed and experienced HSE Supervisor to lead site HSE monitoring activities, drive compliance with HSE plans and statutory requirements, and strengthen operational safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site inspections and ensure immediate correction of unsafe conditions

Oversee PTW, JHA, and project safety procedure compliance

Monitor emergency equipment, signage, and evacuation readiness

Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting

Manage contractor HSE performance through inspections and audits

Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety briefings, and HSE awareness activities

Prepare HSE reports and maintain complete documentation

Mentor and guide HSE Executives in daily operations

Requirements

Minimum tertiary education

Certified SHO or SSS (DOSH-recognized)

Minimum 5 years experience in oil & gas, shipyard, or heavy industries

Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk assessments & investigations

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching capabilities
