Job Purpose
Support the organization within every area Operations and maintaining/sustain the mall operations on daily basis.
Job Responsibilities
- To ensure that the operations achieve optimum performance and efficiency through the appointed outsource vendors and in-house operations team
- Apply operational excellence into our business through implementing consistent monitoring & reviewing of our commercial & operational processes to ensure efficiency & productivity in all areas of business
- Responsible for overall parking operations revenue, efficiency and personnel management of the parking management.
- General liaison contacts for the daily operational shopping Centre matters.
- Manage the outsourced services e.g. Housekeeping, Waste Management, and Car Park Management
- Manage the mixed development's JMB (Joint Management Body) and MC (Management Committee) in terms of operational, service charge related and liason with relevant parties in managing the common area related.
- Prepare monthly report which includes update on KPI and Budget.
- To supervise and manage the shopping mall operations including property, car park management, contract services such as facility management, cleaning, security, housekeeping, landscaping, etc.
- To handle procurement of contracts for outsourced services as required.
- Managing contractors to ensure the performance of the Mall's operations is good.
- To develop and implement housekeeping, landscaping and pest control schedule and strategy for the mall.
- Maintain high quality property standards through daily checks and periodic preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for Mall's OPEX and CAPEX.
Education/Professional Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, Building & Facilities Management, or equivalent
Professional Experience
- Any professional course attended that are related to this position
- Minimum 5- 10 years experience
