Production Supervisor - Dipping Glove Manufacturing

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our glove manufacturing team. If you are passionate about leading teams, ensuring smooth production, and maintaining high-quality standards, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise machine operators and Group Leaders to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and ensure safety across production, tumbling, and storage areas.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new team members; track training progress.
- Monitor production quality and efficiency, taking proactive steps to reduce rejection and improve output.
- Review reports, resolve issues, and escalate challenges to management when needed.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Compounding teams for equipment, heat, and chemical requirements.
- Ensure smooth operation of all equipment including chillers, pumps, tumbling machines, and dust collectors.
- Enforce company policies, attendance, and operational standards consistently.
- Conduct inspections of equipment, materials, and production lines to ensure compliance with SOPs.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a glove manufacturing plant (preferred).
- Strong supervisory and team management skills.
- Flexible and willing to work on shift rotation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
