Job Description:

Monday to Saturday (5.5 day weekly)

Mon - Fri: 8:30am to 5.30pm

Sat: 8:30am to 12.30pm

Work Location: Arrow Electronics PTP, Gelang Patah, Johor

Arrow Components (M) Sdn Bhd D28-2, Jalan DPB/3 (Zone B) FCZ, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, 81550 Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia

What You'll Be Doing

• To lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff (30-50 headcount) to perform warehouse jobs such as receiving picking packing labelling, sorting cycle count.

• To plan and assign the warehouse jobs to the warehouse staff according to the staff strengths and weaknesses.

• To execute the work instruction cascade down by warehouse management team.

• To ensure the daily SLA target is achieved.

• To provide work training to the new warehouse staff with proper guidance To prepare KPI reports weekly monthly reports according to Warehouse Management instruction.

• To drive work effectiveness and efficiency to meet the company revenue objective

• To ensure order fulfillment rate achieved 100% during the month end and quarter end closing

• To groom the good performance worker as per of the talent retention strategy.

What We Are Looking For

• SPM, Certificate or Diploma graduates.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience working in electronics manufacturing industry or warehouse.

• Willing to work overtime
