Job Description
Responsibilities
- Primary quality contact for PCBA and PCB/flex supplier quality and technology.
- Sound knowledge in PCBA fabrication is preferred with supplier quality management experience.
- Responsible to monitor supplier quality performance regularly.
- Expected to develop and qualify new supplier with Procurement team.
- Drive suppliers to resolve quality issues - determine root cause and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Has strong command of English and able to write and review technical reports, leads group discussions, and organize and direct effective meetings
- Major duties include supplier quality issue FA and RCCA follow-up, DFM review with supplier and R&D team, supplier audit and supplier performance monitor, manage supplier change, and provide technical support to suppliers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master or BS Degree in Engineering in Electronics or Communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PCBA/PCB engineering and supplier quality management.
- Extensive experience in process development, quality, improvement and monitoring at supplier site.
- Mechanical supplier management experience is a plus.
- We expect the candidate to bring rich PCBA/PCB background of both process and quality. The candidate is willing to work flexible hours to accommodate worldwide facilities and suppliers in different time zones.
- Self-starter with dedication to teamwork, and strong willingness to learn new things and taking more challenges.
