Job Description:

To handle daily incoming quality issue with supplier & production.
To follow up SCAR with suppliers for quality issues.
To develop and enhance part verification capabilities.
To review new part approval at approval process and establish IQC Inspection Checklist for incoming inspection.
To monitor & evaluate supplier quality performances and request supplier for continual improvement.
To plan & conduct for supplier development program such as site audit or training.
To analyze quality data and plan for quality improvement to meet departmental KPIs & Quality System.
To identify training needs, plan & provide training to leader / inspectors.
To approve Part Approval Sheet, to accept or reject incoming inspection lot.
To review New Supplier Qualification.

Job Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese, English.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
Knowledge of Mechanical/ electronic parts / LED is added advantage.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
