eWe are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to lead quality operations across our manufacturing suppliers. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability that result in customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement with manufacturing suppliers.

+Key Responsibilitie

s Lead and manage all manufacturing quality activities across Assembly OSATs, Wafer Fabrications, Test, and Final product

. Drive rootcause analysis and corrective actions (8D, FMEA, SPC, DOE) for manufacturing issues, excursions, and customer returns

. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure robust process controls and continuous improvement initiatives

. Oversee quality metrics, defect reduction, RMA trends, and inline quality indicators

. Support customer quality interactions, including audits, quality reviews, and technical discussions

. Lead supplier quality activities for key manufacturing partners

. Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturing readiness, qualification execution, and quality risk assessments

. Mentor and develop a highperforming quality engineering team

Qualificatio

ns Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or related field

). 7+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quality engineering, or reliability engineerin

g. Strong understanding of semiconductor product manufacturing processes (wafer fab, assembly, test) and quality methodologie

s. Demonstrated experience with SPC, FMEA, 8D, DOE, and other structured problemsolving tool

s. Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive systemic improvement

s. Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with customers and supplier

s. Familiarity with automotive or highreliability markets is a plu
