Supplier Relationship & Acquisition

Role Overview

Join the team to build and manage supplier relationships, support supplier acquisition, expand product assortment, and identify opportunities to drive category growth through data and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective suppliers.
• Research, qualify, and engage potential suppliers.
• Support supplier negotiations, onboarding, and activation.
• Expand product assortment and ensure product data quality.
• Analyze category and supplier data to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor supplier and category performance and address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.
• Track supplier pipelines, outreach, and onboarding progress.
• Monitor competitor pricing, selection, and marketing strategies.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, sourcing, category management, business development, or supply-side sales.
• Fluent in English or Mandarin (reading and writing required).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, structured, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
