Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring accurate stock ordering, maintaining supplier coordination and supporting efficient inventory management to achieve seamless operations and product availability.
How Youll Make an Impact
- To ensure the system to order stocks for DC/Store accurately.
- To update the system appropriately to order the correct stock level of stocks to support and deliver great availability during seasonal holiday periods, event and promotion at all times.
- To ensure orders are being place accurately and store to receive correct orders for trade.
- To ensure orders can be transmitted to suppliers on time and with minimal manual intervention.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of delivery.
- Address any vendor related issue or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Constant communication with Distribution Centre and Suppliers on smooth delivery and availability.
- Ensuring ordering system run smoothly and ordering is done and complete on daily basis.
What Youll Bring to The Job
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics, or any related fields.
- Preferred 1+ years of experiences in FMCG, Retail industries, but fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred experience using inventory management system or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues.
- Capacity to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology.
- Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office especially Excel & Access.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires analytical and decision-making skill.
