Supply Chain Analyst (Enterprise IT)

12 months contract - renewable!

Our client, a Multinational Technology company, is seeking an analytical professional to manage global asset tracking, optimize operational workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Operations: Oversee APAC fulfillment, track backorders and SLAs, manage reverse logistics with regional teams, resolve operational escalations, and maintain regional reporting dashboards.
• Asset & Inventory Control: Monitor regional stock levels, conduct cycle counts and variance audits, organize site storage locator setups, and support site activations, data center launches, and M&A integrations.
• Vendor & Invoice Management: Track carrier SLAs and scorecards, audit monthly vendor invoices, compile RFQ packages for negotiations, and manage APAC import and cross-border shipping documentation.
• Process Improvement & AI: Update SOPs and process maps, lead governance change requests, adapt global frameworks locally, and apply advanced Excel and AI tools to automate manual workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in logistics/warehousing, 3PL, process optimization, and asset management.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement, APAC cross-border customs documentation, data analysis, and leveraging AI tools for automation.
• Experience with using AI to enable processes and data analysis
• Experience with data analysis instead of the last point
