The Supply Chain & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities and providing excellent customer support to ensure product availability, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, warehouses, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment and effective issue resolution.
