Responsibilities:
1. Candidates are expected to be familiar with both import and export environment.
2. Candidate is required to handle all the shipment, both purchase and sales, from receiving of order by issuing proforma Invoice, Contract, export cargo arrangement, hauler, cargo insurance, export documentation, payment collection, handle customer complain and convey message accordingly and ensure customer satisfaction (end to end process) and also coordinate and follow up closely with vendors on supply plan
3. Responsible to coordinate with freight forwarders on loading arrangement which include sourcing for competitive freight solution to move the cargoes on time.
4. Candidate must be familiar with free trade zone operation, shipping incoterm, shipping documentation such as invoice, packing list, B/L, Certificate of Origin and custom form verification.
5. To liaise and response to customers on any enquiries pertaining to stock availability.
6. Ensure accuracy in shipping documentation & on time shipment is priority and familiar and experience in preparation of shipping documents under LC term.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Shipping / Logistic / Supply Chain or others equivalent or Diploma in related field with 5 8 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 5 -8 years relevant working experience in import and export environment in trading.
Good written & communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
Able to work under fast pace environment.
