Job Description

• Develop and implement integrated business planning processes across the accounting and finance department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and operational goals.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Facilitate the monthly and annual financial planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Support the development of budgets and forecasts in line with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Business Planning Lead Should Have

• A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning processes within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret financial metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools to streamline planning processes.
