Supply Chain Lead (Korean Speaker)

Korean-speaking supply chain professional in Malaysia This is a lead role with a clear path to heading the function.

Dodo Korea is expanding its Korean F&B outlets across Malaysia, supplied by our own central kitchen. We're looking for a Supply Chain Lead to make sure every outlet has the right ingredients, on time and at the right cost.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Forecast demand and plan purchasing for ingredients and central kitchen products

• Manage suppliers, pricing and deliveries, especially meat and seafood

• Control inventory across the central kitchen, storage and outlets

• Plan cold-chain distribution from the central kitchen to outlets

• Build the systems and reporting to support our growth

WHAT YOU BRING

• Business-level Korean, plus strong English and working Bahasa Malaysia

• Experience leading supply chain, procurement, inventory or logistics

• Hands-on experience with perishables and cold chain

• Strong Excel and data skills

• Central kitchen or multi-outlet F&B experience is a plus
