Job Description

Lead the full Supply Chain operations, including S&OP planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
Oversee imports from China and other regions, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, and adherence to Incoterms.
Manage and coordinate trucking/transportation from port to warehouse/3PL partners.
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counting, and process optimization.
Optimize WMS utilization, warehouse layout, and racking systems for operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to support production planning, demand forecasting, and supply continuity.
Identify process gaps and implement supply chain improvements aligned with business growth.
Serve as the main point of contact for logistics partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Provide supply chain insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience, preferably within the automotive industry (key requirement).
Strong exposure to S&OP, warehousing, logistics operations, and cross-border supply chain management.
Solid experience handling import processes, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international trade processes, and port operations.
Hands-on experience managing 3PLs, trucking arrangements, and port-to-warehouse logistics.
Proven track record in inventory management, accuracy control, and WMS optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Able to work independently as a sole contributor, with the readiness to scale operations as the company expands.
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and high level of accountability.
