Job Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Supply Chain Transformation Manager to spearhead our end-to-end regional initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving large-scale system implementations and process optimizations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 FSCM) across our Southeast Asian operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Roadmap Leadership: Direct the full-lifecycle implementation of D365 FSCM solutions, encompassing procurement, advanced warehousing (WMS), complex inventory management, and global logistics.
- Functional Architecture & Design: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) from initial requirement blueprinting through to system configuration, ensuring the technical solution mirrors strategic business needs.
- Process Re-engineering: Conduct deep-dive audits of existing supply chain workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and align operations with global best practices and D365 native capabilities.
- Regional Rollout Governance: Lead multi-country deployment initiatives across SEA, balancing the need for global standardization with essential local regulatory and market requirements.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary bridge between IT, Finance, and Operations, while managing external vendors to ensure a cohesive and transparent transformation journey.
- Risk & Performance Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and risks, maintaining rigorous control over timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Knowledge Empowerment: Drive organizational change management by developing comprehensive user training programs and defining the roadmap for continuous system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Expertise: Minimum of 12+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics AX / D365 FSCM, specifically as a Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain.
- Implementation Track Record: Proven success in leading at least 5 End-to-End (E2E) implementations in the capacity of an SCM Lead.
- Regional Exposure: Significant experience in D365 F&O rollouts within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, with a deep understanding of local market nuances.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master's or relevant Certifications preferred).
- Language: Professional fluency in English (additional SEA languages are a plus for regional coordination).
