Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our client's end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, with hands-on experience in SMT, Box-Build planning, and materials control. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership capability, and excellent coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless production flow and cost-effective sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production/materials planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain effective supplier and vendor relationships, negotiating terms to improve pricing, delivery lead times, and quality.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate availability of materials, particularly for SMT and Box-Build operations.
• Oversee ERP system usage (preferably M2M), ensuring accurate data entry, planning, and materials tracking.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency strategies for potential disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain or planning role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of SMT processes, Box-Build assembly, and materials control.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, with preference for M2M.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage supplier performance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
