Responsible for the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products
Rationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans for on-time delivery and revenue achievement
Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery
Interface & Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.
Interface with engineering and all Business Unit to secure Outsource manufacturing partner capacity
Manage internal & external business communication on capacity allocation
Project and control inventory movement to achieve given DOH target
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any disciplinary or equivalent. Engineering background is advantage
Minimum of 10-12 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning, production planning or related field in the Semiconductor or EE Industry
Experience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practices
Ability to prepare communication plans to CM, customers, sales or executive management
Good data analysis skill & must hands on
Excellent team player & able to lead internal & external business communication
Advanced knowledge in MS office (Excel) application required. Extensive experience in MRP systems, preferable Oracle is advantage
Proven success at making financially sound decisions in a Fast Paced Market Environment
Willingness to work off hours / extended hours as needed
