Opportunity Overview
- Address material shortage, backlogs, or other potential schedule interruptions that may impact the Contract Manufacturer's production schedule
- Collaborate with Contract Manufacturer to analyze potential constraints and ensure available capacity and materials to support of the build plan
- Proactively identify gaps in production plan, supply, capacity, materials to reduce risk to the business and meet demand and customer request dates
- Analyze PPV and PO Excess requests made by the Contract Manufacturer
- Monitor & achieve KPIs related to Contract Manufacturer (Excess, On Time Delivery, Inventory Management in line with corporate goals
- Drive continuous improvement at the Contract Manufacturer in supply planning, capacity utilization, material standard cost, and lead time reduction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, ensuring timely and reliable material delivery. Collaborate on supplier development and performance improvement initiatives.

- Seasoned individual with 5-8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain / Material Planning / Electronics Manufacturing.
- College degree in supply chain management, business management or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the Electronics Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong logic and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task activities, set priorities, and adhere to schedules in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong analytical skills (i.e. cost modeling, quotation analysis, capacity management).
- Well versed in information technology applications (MS Office applications).
- Ability to be innovative in issues related to strategic processes, CM relations, quality assurance and the associated measurement systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Mandarin Chinese – able to listen, speak and read is preferred
