Key Responsibilities:
1. Loading Management
- Act as the key interface to subcontractors for loading and delivery.
- Monitor loading versus capacity and coordinate with Supply Chain Planning.
- Analyze Plan vs. Actual Loading, Wafer Supply, and Capacity Limitations.
- Perform daily line loading based on demand targets, materials, and capacity.
- Provide loading data input to analysts and align loading with subcontractor requirements.
2. Delivery Management
- Assess wafer supply against demand and firm orders.
- Manage in-transit and stock wafer inventory to support timely deliveries.
- Track and monitor wafer arrival to support loading and GR processes.
- Monitor supply chain flow (WIP, PROD/SFLA status, line priority, etc.).
- Respond to fast tracks, line-down situations, expedites, and recovery plans.
- Manage rework lots and special shipment arrangements.
- Address supplier production issues and integrate Infineon planning needs.
3. Business Continuity Interface
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery metrics and conduct regular alignment meetings with subcontractors.
- Focus on areas such as:
- -RAW CLIP OP Driven-Assembly CLIP-Cycle Time-Manage integration of new supply chain projects (e.g., Global Production Network, One SAP).
4. BEST/PLO Management
- Align BEST Commit with FC/PP Commit and Loading/Demand Plans.
- Attend upside/downside meetings to support business needs.
- Coordinate with Engineering and QA on field and quality issues.
5. WIP / CT Management / ORM Support
- Conduct regular subcontractor inventory audits and reconciliation (die bank + WIP).
- Work closely with Finance and subcontractor partners.
- Ensure timely updates on cycle time and system changes (SAP/PGS+).
6. PRAW Management
- Handle PR/PRAW Shipments for production and related planning topics.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Supply Chain/ Business/ Industrial Engineeror any Business-related course.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in planning, coordination, or production scheduling within a manufacturing environment (preferably semiconductor / OSAT industry).
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (added advantage) to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of OSAT operations (assembly, test, capacity planning, cycle time, WIP management).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good knowledge of logistics, business processes, and IT tools such as SAP and Workstream.
- Customer-oriented with strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and inventory management.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing discussions between subcontractors and management.
