The impact you'll make
As a Supply Chain Factory support team, you will be key contact person within Supply Chain to ensure material readiness for manufacturing and managing Lam Remote factory escalations
This is high visible position where you will need to work with diffferent departments , Supply Chain team globally including directors and VPs to identify risk, provide mitigation and solution and escalate if needed. The person needs to be able to manage high pressure environment with constrant changes and experience in managing severe material constraint and escalations
What You'll Do
Job Responsibilities:
This position will have significant experience in delivering objectives and supporting Lam Remote Factory (RF). The role is that of an individual contributor who is a self- starter and able to operate independently of day to day supervision.
This position requires to analyze data which received escalation template from Remote Factory (RF), in SAP, internal shortage tool to identify, validate and roll up material risk, supports expediting multiple and critical material to meet RF manufacturing. The pivotal function of this job is alarming material risks in advance and escalate on time to prevent shipment risk.
He or she requires to work with internal supply chain team consists of Buyers, Commodity, Supply Business Managers and Lam Remote Factory (RF) to find all possible solutions to mitigate etc material allocation priority, sell back, de-kit options.
Other Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate allocation plan to RF with cross-functional teams through meetings or mail communication for the multiple risk.
- Provide consolidated forecasting, misalignment supply information to the supply chain to meet current and future business requirements.
- Monitor and risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate root cause corrective actions
- Lead and participate in global SCM meeting and escalation/allocation meeting
- Develop timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges
Minimum Qualifications
Who we're looking for
- Minimum of 45 years of Supply Chain experience with a bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English and experience in working cross functional team located in different countries.
- Strong communicator capable of developing and delivering compelling arguments and presentations.
- Ability to analyze and utilize data
- Takes owership of tasks and consistently pushed work forward with initiative.
- Proficient in MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as escalation level/single contact person for multiple commodities material shortages.
- Experience in chairing meetings with attendees located in different countries and different level of the organization including executive level
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Understand how factory operates and close to work with Remote Factory

On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
