Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Analyst (Fresher), you will support planning, procurement, logistics, and materials coordination activities that ensure smooth and efficient global supply chain operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop technical and analytical skills in a fast-paced semiconductor industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in material planning and demand forecasting to meet production schedules.
• Support procurement activities including vendor coordination and purchase tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze material availability across global sites.
• Prepare supply chain reports, dashboards, and presentations for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and finance teams to resolve supply issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand, inventory, logistics, procurement).
• Exposure to data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
• Interest in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
