About this Position Accountable for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Production Planners to ensure robust, accurate, and timely mid- and short-term production planning across assigned assets. This role is responsible for building team capability, optimizing planning performance, ensuring supply continuity, and aligning planning outcomes with S&OP and business priorities.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Production Planners, driving capability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee mid-term Production Plans (4-18 months) and short-term Master Production Schedules (0-13 weeks).
- Ensure effective application of RCCP standards and accurate capacity planning across machines, labor, suppliers, and materials.
- Review planning outputs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership and S&OP teams.
- Align production plans with demand forecasts, material availability, inventory policies, and network constraints.
- Partner with S&OP, Operations, Material Planning, and Production Scheduling teams to resolve constraints and mitigate risks.
- Drive planning process improvements, workflow optimization, standardization initiatives, and regional best practice implementation.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring productivity, quality, and service level targets are achieved.
- Plan team resources and activities to support business continuity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, SHE requirements, and sustainability policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Production Planning and/or Supply Chain Planning, including people leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, S&OP processes, and supply chain operations.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
