Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Associate - Mandarin, located in Johor Bahru. The Support Associate will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with safeguarding initiatives, and using strong interpersonal communication skills to work with support workers and clients. Day-to-day tasks include addressing technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker, providing technical support to clients
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Knowledge in Safeguarding practices and procedures
• Technical Support skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Mandarin
• Ability to work well in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in ERP systems or similar software solutions is a plus
