Role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide operational and administrative support to DH agents within the Business Support & Operations team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist dealers and internal teams with registration processes and handle various dealer-related requests.
  • Respond to dealer inquiries through the Dealer Helpdesk Contact Centre, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for network-related issues and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Investigate billing matters and address customer complaints to ensure proper resolution.
  • Support HR with staff line registrations for employees located outside the Klang Valley.
  • Assist internal departments with test line registrations as required.

Key Experiences & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Experience in a contact centre environment is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a shift-based schedule.
  • Willing to work on public holidays and weekends as needed.

About You

  • Education & Experience Minimum Diploma in Operations Management or related field. SPM/STPM holders with relevant experience may also be considered. Preferably 13 years in business support, operations, admin, or customer-facing roles.
  • Technical Skills Strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of handling reports, data entry, and coordination tasks accurately within set timelines.
  • Work Competencies Able to multitask, work with minimal supervision, stay detail-oriented, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Attributes Team player with a positive attitude, responsible, adaptable, customer-focused, and strong in problem-solving.
  • Key Responsibilities Support daily operations through documentation, data processing, reporting, enquiries handling, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, PDPA, and service-level requirements, including liaising with internal and external parties
