Support Cum Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
i. To identify new customer business opportunities via telephone / field sales.
ii. Review, recommend and follow-ups on existing customer's problems and documentation.
iii. To practice excellent customer service measured by customer satisfaction and feedback from referral sources.
iv. To ensure the customer enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently to satisfaction of customers.
v. Participate in providing creative feedback on new product development, service quality, marketing strategy etcs.
vi. Must be a good team player and contribute to team effort.
vii. To continue up grading skills and knowledge.
viii. To provide product presentations & training to the new customers.
ix. To support existing customers in terms of products & training.
Requirements:
i. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
ii. Required skill(s): Computer & products troubleshooting, good in public relation manner, training & presentation.
iii. Preferably skill(s): Products documentations, Handling customer complaints, System Support.
iv. Required language(s): English, Chinese.
v. Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese.
vi. Applicants must be willing to work across customers places.
vii. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
viii. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
