Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform Support / Administration duty on infrastructure including system/network/Ticketing tool

Monitor IT System health status, network performance, and security control

Perform problem diagnostic by using advanced troubleshooting skills

Perform regular Windows security patching on workstations and servers

Support Global user account administration and mailbox management

Support APAC machine and software inventory

Basic knowledge of Procurement process and procedure is an advantage

Knowledge of Golden Image/Patching is an advantage
