SURVEY DRAFTER

Role Description

The Survey Drafter is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed survey drawings and deliverables based on field data collected by the survey team. This role involves converting survey measurements and point data into CAD drawings, maps, and other outputs, while supporting related tasks such as data processing, GIS analysis, and report preparation.

Preparation of survey plans includes Demarcation Plan, Pre-computation Plan, Detail & Topography Plan, Strip Survey Plan, Cross-section & Longitudinal-section Plan, Underground Utility Plan, Setting-out Plan, As-built Survey Plan, Bathymetric Survey Plan, etc.

P/s: This position is most suitable for fresh graduate diploma holders. However, degree holders are most welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Multidisciplinary survey plan drafting
• Process & manage survey data
• Survey data conversion
• GIS data management
• Quality checks & ensure compliance
• Minor role in preparing survey reports

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Geomatics (or equivalent)
• Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD
• Basic knowledge of survey principles
• Team player with good communication skills
