Sustainability Development Manager

We are looking for Sustainability Development Manager to develop clear timeline on key sustainability initiatives and ensure timely execution within agreed KPIs by engaging relevant cross functions within the organization and where relevant to connect with external stakeholders for collaboration & support.

A day in the life of Sustainability Development Manager...

• Lead the development and deployment of assign market projects related to Sustainability with clear project timeline, setup routine project team engagement to drive the project execution and regular review on current & future challenges with agree action plans.
• Strengthen governance process on projects management including reporting & costing related
• Collaborate with key business and functions to drive Sustainability across market
• Define, operationalize, and drive the implementation of CEPA in collaboration projects with external stakeholders with the objective to increase awareness of waste management
• Contribute to the identification of external partnership opportunities and engage with external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the vision strategy of business/functions within market in the area of Sustainability/CSV.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or equivalent. Specialization in CSR, ESG, or Corporate Communication is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a strong background in project management and facilitation/engagement skills.
• Previous experience in cross-functional projects and/or working with communication stakeholders, including agencies.
• Additional experience in business, brand communication, or training would be a plus.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading and implementing ESG-related frameworks/projects and driving action plans.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainability and corporate social responsibility principles.
• Ability to analyze data and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management and driving change within an organization
