We are seeking a passionate and proactive Sustainability Executive to support Delta Singapore's sustainability initiatives during a one-year contract period. This role will drive partnerships, employee engagement programs, and community impact projects that strengthen our mission of making Delta Singapore a Great Place to Work (Let's GET Together Program) by embedding sustainability into our culture, operations, and storytelling.

The successful candidate will work closely with government agencies, educational institutions, NGOs, and internal stakeholders to deliver programs focused on marine and coral conservation, green energy, and community sustainability, while inspiring employees to grow, share a common purpose, and thrive in a values-driven workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen sustainability partnerships with government agencies, community organizations, educational institutions, NGOs and other sustainability partners.
• Coordinate meetings, project plans, proposals, budgets, and reporting requirements with external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for meaningful collaborations that align with Delta's sustainability and community impact goals.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of sustainability programs, campaigns, and events.
• Manage project timelines, logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery.
• Support sustainability-themed employee volunteering and community engagement initiatives
• Coordinate coral reef, marine conservation, biodiversity restoration, mangrove restoration, tree planting, and citizen science initiatives.
• Work with external partners to develop educational and experiential programs that increase awareness of biodiversity and environmental stewardship.
• Organize employee participation opportunities that contribute to conservation outcomes.
• Support green energy, climate action, and sustainability innovation initiatives that showcase Delta's technologies and expertise.
• Coordinate sustainability demonstrations, exhibitions, innovation showcases, and learning activities involving renewable energy, smart buildings, and environmental technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate sustainability solutions into employee and community engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Communications, Business, Public Policy, Community Development, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with government agencies, educational institutions, NGOs, or community organisations is advantageous.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable planning and executing events, workshops, and volunteer activities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for environmental sustainability, conservation, climate action, and community impact.
