Sustainability Executive (Maritime)
Angle Recruitment has partnered with a maritime software solutions provider seeking a Sustainability Executive to join its team.
This role focuses on maritime sustainability, regulatory compliance, and data accuracy, working closely with customers and internal sales/customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a sustainability subject-matter expert on maritime regulations (e.g. IMO, EU ETS, CII, MRV, FuelEU).
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and advise internal teams and customers accordingly.
- Review, validate, and ensure accurate sustainability and emissions data input.
- Support customers on sustainability reporting and compliance using the software platform.
- Provide sustainability input to Sales and Customer Success teams during client engagements.
Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of maritime sustainability and environmental regulations.
- Comfortable working with data and validating sustainability metrics.
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
- Maritime industry background preferred; software or digital platform experience is a plus.
