Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and operational documentation, ensuring smooth IT operations, security compliance, and overall efficiency. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in system administration, access governance, asset management, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Operations & System Administration: Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, servers, and systems to ensure system stability, performance, and availability.
  • IT Documentation & SOP Creation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT operations, system configurations, and security protocols.
  • IT Asset Management: Oversee the centralized inventory of IT assets, including servers, networking devices, and peripherals. Manage asset lifecycle, procurement, and maintenance logs.
  • Software & License Management: Maintain a comprehensive inventory of licensed applications and systems, tracking renewal dates and ensuring compliance with software usage policies.
  • Access Management & Identity Governance: Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user access controls.
  • Security Monitoring & Compliance: Monitor and review audit logs, system access changes, and login activities to detect and resolve security incidents. Ensure systems meet organizational security standards.
  • Vendor & SLA Management: Coordinate with hardware and software vendors, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring support needs are met.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 36 years of experience in System Administration or IT Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Hands-on experience with role-based access control (RBAC), MFA, and security monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management practices and software licensing management.
  • Strong understanding of IT security practices, system hardening, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ITIL service management frameworks is a plus.
