Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBIITIES

Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT Teams and vendors to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
Gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and new initiatives.
Manage and coordinate end to end project and enhancement activities
Configure and maintain application parameters, workflows and decisioning rules.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on production issues, delivering timely resolutions and ongoing support to maintain daily operations.
Oversee the full system lifecycle, user requirements, UAT, implementation, and post deployment monitoring.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in system processes.

Experience/Knowledge Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information System, or a related field.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in business analyst, system analyst, or system support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to assist end users, investigate and resolve application errors or workflow issues.
Ability to manage fixes, change requests and vendor interactions simultaneously.
Experience in SQL, banking applications is an advantage.
