KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Project Implementation
- Understand the requirements between system and business users. Able to analyse and provide consultancy to both vendor and business users.
- Interacts with various levels of people to define system requirements and make recommendation for IT system implementation and enhancement
- Responsible for writing documentation to describe custom configuration of applications and operating procedures
- Develop skills and would be responsible for reviewing, analysing and occasionally modifying systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support application systems
- Develop analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret end-user business requirement and translate them into application and operational requirement
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), GUI, Screen and Interface designs
Application Support
- Assists the manager which focusing on IT System Development, Application Support and Maintenance & compliance processes and initiatives
- Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of core business applications and productivity suites and systems
- Contribute to develop the knowledge base and application support framework with application manager
- Support Change Request and Application Business Alignment Activities
General
- Assists the manager which focusing on System Development, Application Support and Maintenance & compliance processes and initiatives
- Continuous learning and development update job knowledge by partaking in training opportunities
- Accomplish department and organisation mission by completing related results as needed
- Perform any other tasks assigned related to the job from time-to-time
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities;
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience as a business consultant or system analyst in previous job. Preferable to be in oil and gas industry
- Require having experience in software development life cycle in several projects
- Experience in supporting various core business applications - based on relevant areas ERP, Finance and Reporting, Productivity Suites
- Good interpersonal communication skills and team player.
- Able to interact with all levels of people. Good Interpersonal skills.
