We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our dynamic IT team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient IT systems that meet business objectives. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that system requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze user requirements.
- Design system workflows, specifications, and integration solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality system solutions.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Provide user training, support, and system documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in system analysis or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, UML, or ERP systems is an advantage.
