Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst to drive solution design, system analysis, and documentation for digital banking platforms. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
  • Lead solution design and define system architecture components
  • Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements
  • Produce high-quality documentation (e.g., system design, workflows, technical specs)
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Support development and testing phases by clarifying requirements and resolving issues
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and banking standards
  • Participate in Agile or Waterfall (Scrum) project delivery cycles
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing L3-level insights

  • Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in solution design, system analysis, and documentation
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
  • Solid understanding of system integration and application architecture
  • Experience with Oracle databases and SQL
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments (HPUX, Linux, Solaris)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform impact analysis for system changes

  • Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with J2EE technologies
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and XML
  • Familiarity with Unix scripting
  • Experience in Digital Banking or Financial Services domain
  • Exposure to Agile and Waterfall (Scrum) methodologies
  • Understanding of end-to-end system lifecycle and delivery processes
