System Analyst eKYC Solutions
We are looking for a System Analyst to support the implementation and improvement of our eKYC. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and vendors to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions, ensuring smooth integration across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and user requirements.
- Map internal data to vendor product features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery from business requirements to technical solutions.
- Document design decisions, system specifications, and integration flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors to address product gaps.
- Support system testing, validation, and defect management.
- Assist in root cause analysis and system improvements.
- Collect and evaluate user feedback for system enhancements.
Key Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in system analysis, application development, or data integration.
- Experience in banking/financial services, ideally in compliance or eKYC.
- Knowledge of eKYC processes (CDD, EDD, monitoring) is required; name screening is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/Oracle; Linux/UNIX or Windows environments preferred.
- Understanding of system dependencies and data integration workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
