System Analyst - CSCRM (SAP FICO)

Job Description & Skillset Requirement 

We are looking for a Team Member (SAP IS-U Operations) who will be responsible for supporting the day to-day operation of SAP IS-U under Customer Service modules, ensuring system availability, resolving production issues, and coordinating with business users, vendors, and technical teams to maintain stable system operations. 

Responsibilities 

• Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP IS-U modules.  

• Monitor system performance and ensure business processes operate smoothly.  

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within the agreed SLA.  

• Perform root cause analysis for system issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.  

• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to resolve system defects and 

enhancement requests.  

• Support system enhancements, change requests (CR), and production deployments.  

• Perform impact analysis for system changes and verify implementation outcomes.  

• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.  

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation verification when 

required.  

• Ensure compliance with operational policies, security requirements, and governance standards.  

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related 

discipline.  

• 1–8 years of experience in SAP IS-U support or SAP application support.  

• Knowledge of SAP IS-U modules and utility business processes is an advantage.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.  

• Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management.
