We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team. The role involves:
- Performing system analysis, documentation, testing, implementation, and user support for platform transitions.
- Maintaining and enhancing computer systems through analysis and implementation.
- Improving systems by adding new features and upgrading infrastructure.
- Installing system updates to address vulnerabilities and strengthen security.
- Developing diagrams and workflows to describe logical operational steps.
- Collaborating with management to drive strategies and implement new processes.
- Investigating system issues and implementing resolutions to reduce downtime.
- Optimizing core processes to improve business performance and operational agility.
- Gathering user requirements and performing gap analysis through design workshops.
- Providing client support for system operation and troubleshooting.
- Identifying root causes of problems and proposing appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a .NET environment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Solid understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures
- Ability to translate requirements into design concepts, process flows, and functional specifications
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
Optional Experience
- Familiarity with XML, Excel, and CSV data file processing and MySQL queries
- Exposure to C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Microsoft SQL Database, and web services is an advantage
Working Hours & Arrangement
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Available for on-call support(depending on project criticality)
- On-site work at TNB TGBS / TNB Platinum
Language Requirement
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
