DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist manager in executing continuous process improvement plans, delivering solutions to various departments/stakeholders.
- Work with all departments to analyze and understand their system requirements, cross-departmental processes, etc.
- Maintain, monitor and identify enhancement opportunity in company's ERP system.
- Assist in training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
- Design and develop reports/dashboards to help management visualize operation of the company.
- Provide proactive analytical and strategic insights on business performance, perform statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities as well as associated issues and risks.
- Contribute and document business processes, standards operating procedures and methodologies.
- Monitor project progress by proactively tracking activity, resolving problems, reporting on progress, and recommending actions.
- Develop/maintain data analysis in both Oracle Analysis Cloud and Power BI platform.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computing/Software Engineering/Information Technology/Data Science/Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in implementation or maintaining ERP system.
- Familiarity with coding language such as SQL and other languages is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, Power Point, Power Bi and ERP (NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Good project management skills.
