Responsibilities:
- Gather user requirements and understand the need of user request.
- Support reporting issues that are reported by business users.
- To guide business users using BI Tools to build the report / dashboard.
- Assist in developing the BI report/dashboard.
- Assist in system testing and integrity check for data accuracy.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years working experience in related fields is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
- Experience using SQL / scripting is a must.
- Added advantage if the candidate has experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Tools.
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills.
