System Analyst

Description:

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, application support, and SDLC processes, including minimum 2 years in a leadership role within banking or financial institutions.
• Strong hands-on technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience / Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, Power Automate, and related modules such as Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Omni Channel, with solid capabilities in developing and deploying business applications on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power BI, Power Automate, and integration technologies, with good understanding of .NET Core microservices architecture, relational databases, and web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
• Experience across the full Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), Microsoft Portals, Azure services including PaaS, App Services, Storage, and Identity & Access Management, with the ability to monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with exposure to CRM sales and service domains, consumer banking products, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Siebel CRM, and Dynamics 365 platforms, coupled with the ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver results within large complex organizations.
