System Analyst

• This role is responsible for carrying out the demand management and end-to-end project delivery in accordance with the established standard operating procedures (SOP), applicable regulatory requirements, Group Technology (GT) standards, and Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Planning framework for the assigned supporting functions within Group. Post implementation, Lead the app and manage the systems enhancement and delivery of in-house and vendor driven solutions for the business systems and related ecosystems in the most efficient and effective manner.

• Technical/ Functional skills

• Experience in Financial/transaction reconciliation systems will be an advantage

• IT Demand Management Practices and Principles

• Project Management Life Cycle and Tools, Different SDLC (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and Automated Tools

• End-to-end IT Life Cycle and Project Management (Pipeline, Resource, Demand, Project Delivery, Financial)

• Project Management Quality and Risk Assessment Principles and Processes

• Business Process Management, Methods and Tools

• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting would be an added advantage
