System Analyst

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Assist in defining project scope and change requests, including analyzing requirements and supporting effort estimation.
• Understand the client's existing system environment, identify gaps, and propose suitable solutions or workarounds.
• Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Work closely with the development team and project manager to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop test plans and test cases, and perform functional and integration testing.
• Prepare technical documentation, including API specifications, interface formats, and user guides.
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders and escalate any risks or issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of C# or .NET.
• Understanding of system analysis, SDLC, and software testing concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and eager to learn.
