Job Description:

1. Lead and execute digital transformation strategies by aligning technology with business goals, driving process automation and encouraging innovation.

2. Drive digitalization initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic roadmap by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

3. Plan and manage IT projects with clear milestones and timelines to ensure successful delivery within scope and schedule.

4. Coordinate system design, development, testing, and deployment to ensure delivery of reliable and scalable solutions

5. Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing systems and infrastructure.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to define requirements, clarify technical details, and align deliverables across departments.

7. Oversee user training and knowledge transfer by preparing support materials, documentation, and ensuring effective handover to operational or support teams.

8. Establish post-implementation support structures by managing escalated issues, coordinating advanced troubleshooting, and leading continuous improvement efforts.

9.Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
