System Engineer / Information Security

Job Summary

We are looking for a System Engineer with strong Information Security experience to support project teams in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving security and infrastructure issues. The candidate should be able to balance security requirements with project and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and resolve IT security and infrastructure issues.
• Support project teams in meeting technical and security milestones.
• Perform security risk analysis, vulnerability assessment, and remediation.
• Troubleshoot network, Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems.
• Support security technologies such as Firewall, WAF, VPN, IDS/IPS, EDR, Web Proxy and endpoint security.
• Perform OS hardening and security configuration.
• Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS.
• Work with internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and partners during audits and security reviews.
• Provide security guidance and recommend practical, risk-based solutions.
• Keep up to date with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
