About the Team:
The Partner Integration Solution Team is instrumental in both establishing and maintaining system connections with all Shopback merchants. Key responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with Regional Business Developers on new integrations and troubleshooting for key regional accounts.
2. Supporting local integration operations through recruitment, training, knowledge sharing, and backup.
3. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to evolve integration solutions, optimize operations platforms, establish standardized processes, and refine integration tools.
Role:
As an Integration Solution Specialist, you will oversee designated markets and regional merchant accounts, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of the tasks highlighted above.
