We are looking for a Systems Engineer (Site Reliability Operations) to support technical operations, drive solutions to operational challenges, and coordinate technical teams in delivering projects effectively. This role offers an opportunity to apply your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and resource planning abilities in a collaborative, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Operations:Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain operational reliability.
• Technical Team Coordination:Coordinate and manage technical teams to ensure smooth execution of on-site activities and operational tasks.
• Project Management:Develop project plans, technical specifications, and implementation strategies to achieve project objectives and timelines.
• Resource Planning:Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and other resources to support project delivery.
• Technical Training:Prepare and conduct technical training for ground teams to ensure proper execution of procedures and tasks.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and performance.

Requirements

• Open to locals only.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in IT, Systems Engineering, Engineering Operations, or a related technical role.
• Experience in technical projects, project coordination, or resource management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Able to work effectively with technical teams in a collaborative, project-based environment.

Advantageous Skills

• Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), IT infrastructure operations, or system reliability.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronic (E&E) principles.
• Experience in manpower planning, resource allocation, or technical project scheduling.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and conducting hands-on technical training.
