Description
- Process and audit travel and expense claims in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding discrepancies or missing information in claims.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all transactions.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any issues related to expense claims.
- Provide support for internal and external audits as required.
- Assist in creating reports and providing insights on expense trends.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial regulations and company standards.
- Utilize Japanese language skills to support Japanese-speaking employees and stakeholders.
Profile
A Successful T&E (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
- Proficiency in the English & Japanese(min JLPT N2) language, both written and spoken.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in T&E/AP/P2P. Candidate from OTC/AR are welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and software is a plus.
