Work you will do:

The Central HR Operations Associate supports centralized HR operations, people data administration, and basic analytics and reporting to enable end-to-end HR service delivery. This role provides regional HR support by maintaining accurate data, preparing standard reports, and coordinating with stakeholders under guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Performance Management data administration (e.g., data uploads, checks, and trackers) and coordinate with the team to maintain data accuracy.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
  • Follow HR data security, governance, and compliance guidelines when handling employee information, escalating issues when identified.
  • Respond to Regional HRBP data requests (using defined templates) and coordinate agreed follow-ups from talent review and calibration sessions (e.g., trackers, updates, and communications).
  • Produce standard talent analytics summaries (e.g., attrition and key talent status) using defined templates and approved data sources.
  • Maintain recurring dashboards and reports, including data refreshes, validation, and documentation.
  • Consolidate KPI tracking inputs and perform routine refreshes/updates to existing Power BI dashboards, following established definitions and guidance.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR reports, following established definitions and reporting standards, and perform basic checks to ensure data consistency.
  • Process day-to-day HR operational transactions in accordance with HR policies and SOPs, meeting service levels and maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for Performance Management process queries, and route/escalate cases that require HRBP or specialist support.
  • Assist with process and system improvements for Performance Management and HR operations under supervision (e.g., documenting requirements, supporting UAT, updating trackers/templates, and sending stakeholder communications).
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating progress and completing assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Exposure to regional HR operations and/or basic local labor law knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Exposure to Power BI (or willingness to learn).
  • Comfortable working with large datasets from multiple sources, with strong attention to detail.
  • Exposure to SAP HR, SharePoint, and/or similar HR systems is an advantage.
  • A collaborative team player with good communication skills and the ability to work with guidance.
  • Strong analytics and interpersonal skill with attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and discretion when handling confidential information.
